Return Policy:

All purchases are FINAL SALE!

All consignments items are sold as-is and have been carefully inspected and photographed before being listed. Because they items are pre-owned and on consignment with The Hill Closet, NO returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for any reason. 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mulberrryhillboutique@gmail.com.

 If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

Approved cancellations, when possible, may be subject to a cancellation fee or other applicable charges. 

Refusal to accept a package or failure to pick up an order does not qualify as a return or cancellation and does not guarantee a refund. 

Condition Disclosure: 

All items are pre-owned and may show normal signs of wear. Customers are responsible for reviewing photos, titles, and descriptions. 

Small flaws, fading, wash wear, pilling, loose threads, etc. are not grounds for a refund. 

Due to fading of tags over time, some sizes are not visible on the item. In this case, we have compared the item to other similar items to guess the closest possible size. If a size has a "?" listed next to the size, this is an item that doesn't have a visible size on it. 

The Hill Closet does not guarantee the future condition, longevity, or performance of pre-owned items.
